Manufacture and refinement of wood panels
MPBS creates and enhances a wide range of standard or custom-made wood panels to meet all the needs of its customers.

• Plywood panels of various wood types
• Enhanced wood panels (beech, ash, oak, sapelli, iroko)
• Melaminated aggregate panels (MDF and particule boards)
• Particule panels overlaid with sliced veneer (beech, ash, oak, sapelli, iroko)
• Melaminated MDF or hardboards
• Sliced veneer covered panels (beech, ash, oak, sapelli, iroko)

Milling and molding operations
This activity is also a development priority of MPBS. The services offered are:

• Cutting of all types of panels to the desired dimensions with optimization software
• Boring, grooving, and 3D routing on all types of panels, especially MDF.
• Edge banding with width up to 30/10mm
• Transfer film application (different shapes and colors)
• Refinement of routed panels with thermoform polymers or veneered paneling used for kitchen
• cabinets,desktops, closet paneling, and drawers.
• Stretch wrapper packaging available for delivery by individual pallets
