MPBS has set up a modern production facility on a total surface of 29,000m² (12,000 m² of which are covered) that is both proficient and flexible, thus offering its customers a range of products and services to meet their most discriminating demands.
In order to the keep a ongoing quality of its products, to control its price competitiveness, and to keep abreast of the technical progress of its market, MPBS has put into effect an ambitious and continual investment policy in technical equipment and human resources.

MPBS trains/supervises more than 25% of its employees and invests close to 3% of annual payroll on training programs for the more than 160 employees in all departments.

On the technical side, MPBS has for the past five years invested an accrued sum of 2,150,000.00 Euros in equipment and software acquisition and integration.
